I like to teach yoga to help people take time out for themselves and reconnect with their body, breath and mind. Yoga is a great way to relax, as it is a very mindful activity.

Somatic Yin Yoga
Somatic Yin yoga is a relaxing style of yoga whereby poses are held for a longer length of time, usually 3 minutes or longer like a standard yin class, but many of the poses are ones in which we explore gentle movement so the experience can feel very different to a yin yoga class.
Somatic Yin is a very gentle style of yoga and enlightening for the student as they learn to reconnect with their body.

Hatha Yoga
​
Hatha yoga is the basis to all forms of yoga, for example a vinyasa flow class is founded on Hatha principles. I especially enjoy teaching gentle flow classes and like to include breathing exercises and meditations.
​
Yoga classes can be offered privately or in a corporate/group setting and can be combined with sound healing as well. Yoga is suitable for everyone no matter your age, size, shape, flexibility levels, gender or religious beliefs.
